Tomas Stokke is a Founding Director and Executive Chair of Haptic Architects, an international practice working across infrastructure, masterplanning, and civic architecture. Splitting his time between London and Oslo, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and international portfolio, with a particular focus on transport, urban regeneration, and sustainable large-scale development. Tomas has directed landmark projects including Delhi Noida International Airport, Istanbul Airport, and the new Norwegian Government Headquarters. His work combines Scandinavian design values with a strong emphasis on democratic access, climate responsibility, and long-term urban impact. Alongside practice, Tomas has taught at The Bartlett, UCL, and serves on design review panels in the UK and Norway. He is actively engaged in shaping the future of sustainable aviation and city-making through research, advocacy, and public dialogue.
