Lina Lahiri is a partner at sauerbruch hutton. Since 2005, she has led both national and international competitions and overseen the realisation of complex projects. Her work focuses on optimising resource use and reducing emissions through urban densification. She co-leads the business development and communications team, and is a founding member of SHift, sauerbruch hutton's internal research and innovation platform. Lina has contributed to academia as a visiting professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology and as an external examiner at various esteemed universities worldwide. She regularly presents papers and serves on juries at international conferences, including CVU and WAF. She studied at Oxford Brookes University and the Bartlett School of Architecture.
