Mijail is the Design Director for Interiors at Perkins & Will’s, London. A visionary creative with a passion for purposeful design, he places people at the heart of his design thinking to create inclusive environments and experiences that respond to the needs of a diverse, multigenerational workforce.

Mijail is passionate about the power of storytelling in design and believes true, meaningful innovation is achieved when imagination is combined with curiosity, rigour, and technical expertise. With an MPhil in architecture from the Royal College of Art, Mijail has collaborated extensively with clients across multiple sectors, interpreting and translating their vision into forward thinking transformative designs.
