Paul Monaghan

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris

Paul is a founding director of RIBA Stirling Prize winning architecture practice Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. He is the Liverpool City Region Design Champion, a Trustee for the Design Council, a RIBA Client Design Advisor, and a Design Advocate for the Mayor of London. 2024, Paul was appointed as Town Architect for Croydon as part of the Town Architect pilot run by the Greater London Authority where he was also a member of the Office for Place where he advised on the Building Better, Building Beautiful Commission. In addition to these appointments, Paul is visiting professor at the Bartlett School of Architecture and the University of Sheffield, from which he received a Doctorate of Letters in 2018.
