Jennifer has performed design strategy and technical governance leadership roles on some of the world’s most complex and challenging built environment projects. An experienced Architect and Lead Designer, she provides specialist advisory, brief writing and design team commissioning and services to client organisations, predominantly for infrastructure-led regeneration projects.

Between 2013 and 2019 she headed the architecture discipline at multidisciplinary consultancy AECOM across the Europe, Middle East & Africa region. She has also worked in design commissioning roles for clients in South East Asia, the US and the Middle East. She has directed teams in a broad range of sectors including housing & infrastructure regeneration, arts & culture, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, and mixed use.

In 2024 Jennifer was appointed as Director of Growth & Communications at infrastructure specialist Fereday Pollard & Partners. Building on a 30 year track record of providing architecture and landscape design solutions to the water, power & energy, highways and transportation sectors, she is expanding the FP&P footprint in the UK as well as transferring the skillset in to overseas markets.

Passionate about professionalism and the advancement of multidisciplinary buildings design practice, she is an elected Councillor of the Royal Institute of British Architects and speaks regularly at industry events about the role of architects in the multidisciplinary environment.

Jennifer was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the RIBA in 2021, and to the Board of the Construction Industry Council in 2022 where she represented the interests of RIBA, RICS and the CIoB. She recently led the RIBA Expert Advisory Group on Professional Indemnity Insurance, and is Chair of the RIBA Practice and Policy Committee.
