Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. He is a founding partner of ARE, an integrated design ecosystem based in Bogota, with a multiscalar vision that ranges from urban design and architecture to interior design. Carlos is a professor in the Department of Architecture at Universidad de los Andes. His work has been presented at international conferences and workshops, contributing to discussions on architecture and urbanism across diverse academic and professional contexts. The projects he has participated in have received various recognitions and nominations, including the MCHAP 2024 Outstanding Project, the WAF future project Health award (2024), AR future projects award (2025), and different architecture Biennales such as Santa Cruz Biennale, Buenos Aires Biennale and the Colombian Biennale.
