WAF's Student Charrette offers architecture students from around the world a unique opportunity to present their concepts live to WAF attendees and a panel of expert judges.
ABOUT THE STUDENT CHARRETTE
The 2024 charrette was focused on some aspect of built environment futures, in line with the WAF conference theme, ‘Tomorrow’.
Teams were invited to identify a building, place, neighbourhood or landscape which would benefit from a radical intervention to improve (a) its condition and (b) its potential to accommodate new uses, ideas or technologies.
Eight student teams (comprising up to six students and two teachers) were invited to take part in the charrette at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Entries for 2025 will be open soon!
